MonoStudio is the studiobuilt around the model.
MonoStudio is an AI creative production studio for images, film, advertising, branded content and visual stories, made in one workspace. It treats generation the way a creative team actually works: develop the idea, bring in references, control the direction, generate versions, review, refine, and turn the result into finished work. It is in private development and not open to the public yet.
/How it works
Not a prompt box.
The point is not to generate something that looks good. It is to give a creator enough control to produce work that is consistent, repeatable and usable in real production.
- 01
Develop the idea
Start from a brief or a direction rather than a blank prompt box, and keep the thinking attached to the work it produces.
- 02
Bring in references
Upload characters, products, environments, costumes and props, then tag them directly inside the prompt so the model knows exactly what you mean.
- 03
Direct the shot
Describe it the way a filmmaker would: camera movement, lens behaviour, framing, lighting, atmosphere, pacing. Not as a sentence about a picture.
- 04
Generate versions
Produce multiple variations through Seedream for stills and Seedance for motion, at the aspect ratio, resolution and duration the job needs.
- 05
Review and refine
Compare generations side by side, keep what works and push it further instead of starting over.
- 06
Finish and reuse
Download, enhance and carry assets forward, so one session feeds the next rather than ending in a folder.
/What it makes
Stills and motion, in one place.
- IMG
Images, through Seedream
Generate from natural language, upload and tag visual references, produce multiple variations, choose aspect ratio and resolution, and hold visual consistency across a set. Used for concept development, advertising, storyboards, character design, product imagery and campaign visuals.
- VID
Video, through Seedance
Describe a shot rather than request a video: camera movement, lens behaviour, framing, subject movement, lighting, atmosphere, dialogue, sound and pacing. Output at 720p or 1080p depending on the model, with references carrying characters, locations and products across shots.
/Cinematic control
Prompting that feels like directing a crew.
Rather than leaving every visual decision to the model, MonoStudio is built around the language of a set, so a shot is specified rather than hoped for.
- Close-up, medium and wide
- Macro
- Low and high angles
- Dolly moves
- Tracking shots
- Push-in and pull-out
- Crane and orbit
- Handheld
- Focus pulls
- Lens choice
- Depth of field
- Speed ramps
- Controlled transitions
/Consistency
The same character, twelve shots later.
Consistency is the hardest problem in generative work, so references sit at the centre rather than the edge. Characters, products, environments, costumes, screens and props are brought into a generation and named inside the prompt. That is what makes campaigns, films and episodic work possible at all, where the same face or the same bottle has to appear again and again without drifting.
Generations stay in the workspace. Earlier work can be reopened, compared, downloaded and pushed further, so the history that produced a result is still there when you need it. A creative library, rather than a browser session that closes.
/Monoblock
A workflow you can see.
Monoblock is MonoStudio's node-based canvas: an infinite surface where the parts of a creative process are visually connected. Start from a reference, wire it into an image block, send that image into a video block, try a second camera direction, and branch the whole thing into alternatives.
The workflow becomes something you can see, manipulate and build, instead of a long run of disconnected prompts. It is the room for complex work, while the main image and video generators stay fast and direct for everyday jobs.
/Built for
Real creative work.
Advertising agencies
Campaign concepts through to finished AI advertisements.
Production companies
Shots, scenes and visual treatments developed before anyone rolls.
Filmmakers and directors
Characters, environments, cinematography and story ideas, tested cheaply.
Brands
Product imagery, social content and campaign assets that stay on-identity.
Designers and creative directors
Visual directions explored at speed, not described in a deck.
Content teams
Larger volumes of consistent creative material without a drop in standard.
Independent creators
Production capability without assembling a complicated AI workflow first.
/The vision
More control, not more complexity.
Models will keep changing. New ones will arrive, existing ones will improve, and different providers will specialise. MonoStudio sits above that: a consistent creative environment where the underlying model can change while the way you work stays familiar instead of moving between AI websites and learning a new interface each time.
The future of creative production is not typing a prompt and accepting what comes back. Creators will direct, reference, iterate, and control cameras, performances, environments, products and stories. MonoStudio is being built to be one of the places that happens, where an idea moves to an image, an image to motion, and motion to finished work.
