/ AI adoption
Leads AI adoption and technical direction across MonoGrain and FITER. The person who makes sure what we recommend actually runs.
MonoGrain launched in Africa as an AI-native creative agency, Nairobi-rooted, built around high-quality film and advertising. The craft came first. The systems grew around it: data, software, and the adoption work that puts AI into daily use. Today that is one practice with four divisions, working across ten markets.
/How we work
Creative direction, judgement and sign-off stay human. AI multiplies the output, never the responsibility.
Review gates and named sign-off on everything that ships. Oversight that can say no, not a rubber stamp.
Outcome numbers appear on this site only once they are verified. Until then the work stands as craft evidence.
Work is made for the market it lands in, with language, register and reference points included, rather than translated into it afterwards.
Finds where AI genuinely pays off in your business.
Turns the answer into work people actually feel.
Ships the system that does the job.
Reports the result against your own numbers.
Read in this market’s order: Creative → Software → Data → AI Adoption
The team behind MonoGrain's work in this market.

Two members of the team are not people. We build AI characters and personas. These are ours, and we say so.

/Where we work
Every region gets its own experience, with its own emphasis, register and proof, delivered automatically. The work is directed by people who know the market it lands in, and finished to the same standard everywhere. One inbox reaches all of it: hello@monograin.ai.
