Creative workflow automation:more output, same team
Creative teams lose time between the ideas: chasing briefs, resizing, versioning, waiting on approvals. MonoGrain applies AI and plain automation to that production work, and keeps creative direction and sign-off with people.
- For
- Marketing and content teams doing repetitive production by hand
- Focus
- Briefing, production, review, approvals, delivery
- Stays human
- Direction, taste and final approval
- Pricing
- Scoped and quoted after a conversation
/Where time goes
The creative work that isn’t creative
- Briefs that arrive incomplete and need several rounds to clarify
- The same asset resized and reformatted for every channel
- Versions tracked by file name and memory
- Approvals scattered across email and chat
- Final files delivered by hand to each place they are needed
/Across the workflow
Practical improvements, stage by stage
- 01
Briefing
A structured intake so a request arrives with what production needs, and gaps are caught before work starts.
- 02
Production
AI-assisted generation and adaptation where it speeds up drafts and variations, directed against references so the work still looks like yours.
- 03
Review
One place to see what needs a decision, with versions kept in order.
- 04
Approval
Named approvers at agreed points. Nothing publishes on a model’s say-so.
- 05
Delivery
Finished assets prepared in the formats each channel needs.
/Fit
Who it fits, and when it doesn’t
A good fit when
- Your team produces a steady volume of similar content
- Most of the delay is in hand-offs, not in the ideas
- You have brand guidelines or reference work to direct against
- Someone has authority to approve what ships
Not the right step when
- Each piece is a one-off that needs a full creative process
- There is no agreed brand direction yet; that comes first
- The work must avoid AI-generated material for legal or client reasons
/Evidence
Craft evidence
These show the production side of the work. They are presented as craft evidence; no outcome figures are attached.

/Rights
AI-generated material and your rights
MonoGrain’s Terms state that, subject to the law, provider terms and your agreement, you may generally use delivered outputs for your intended purposes, but no one can guarantee that every AI output is unique or protectable. Where an asset matters commercially, get intellectual property advice before relying on it.
Under MonoGrain’s published Terms, you keep ownership of the materials and data you provide. MonoGrain keeps ownership of its own underlying software, tools and production technology, and receiving a deliverable does not by itself transfer those. What you receive and may use, and on what licence, is written into the proposal for each project.
/Pricing
What it costs
Anything beyond those sessions is scoped and quoted after a conversation, never from a price list. Under MonoGrain’s Terms, the proposal or statement of work sets the deliverables, timeline, fees, payment milestones, usage rights and any third-party expenses, and prices may exclude applicable taxes.

Common questions
Will AI replace our designers?
That is not the aim. The work targets the repetitive production around the creative decisions, so your people spend more time on the decisions.
Will the output look like us?
Production is directed against your references and guidelines, and a person approves what ships. Where nothing exists yet, brand direction is the first job.
Can you work with our existing tools?
That depends on the tools and what they allow. It is checked during scoping rather than promised in advance.
